Maureen is the founder and co-owner of Seaside Vacation Rentals and Regan Real Estate. She started the business in 1983 and has been a Maine Tourism Commissioner, President of the York Chamber, is on the board of the US Vacation Rental Managers Assoc and Seaside has won numerous awards. She comes from generations of real estate involvement and is passionate about southern Maine. The Seaside family has been helping people make lifetime memories here for 20+ years. Her plan is to assist even more to make their real estate & vacation dreams come true.

Jen has been with Seaside for over 20 years and is co-owner.  Her responsibilities include acting as Marketing Director and Homeowner Liaison.  She brings an excellent knowledge of graphics and customer service to this position. Through the years, Jen has learned the business extensively and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Seaside and Regan Real Estate. She has created the highly effective marketing strategies used by both companies.

Donna has been with Seaside for many years and cares about finding the right match for all our guests as well as helping our homeowners in any way she can. She is always ready to pitch in and get things done!  Donna manages the long-term properties that occur with year round and winter long rentals. She also helps many of our guests book the perfect vacation!

Robert comes to us with an extensive background in the hospitality industry.  His family owns a lodging establishment in Boothbay Harbor, so he pretty much grew up in the business. As well, he has worked in the south coast for many years now for a major lodging destination. We are fortunate to have his experience and unswerving dedication to customer service. His responsibilities at Seaside include coordination of the maintenance and cleaning departments and project management of hotel/condo associations.

Matt McEvoy, Manager, the Bellevue by the Sea.  

Matt comes to Seaside with a great deal of expertise in management and accounting.   He is in charge of one of Seaside’s key projects, the Bellevue by the Sea in Wells, Maine, which is a 36 unit condo association only steps from the beach and an absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Forrest has worked with Seaside and our Bellevue by the Sea project in a number of positions because of his ability to learn quickly and his exceptional customer service.   Besides his duties in maintenance and cleaning, he also works as a vacation consultant helping to place guests in just the right property to make their vacations perfect!

Patti has worked with Seaside for several years and has shown how versatile her skills are by taking on some of everything. She represents Seaside in a most positive way with her excellent customer service skills and she has recently taken on additional tasks to aid in getting our new homeowners online.

Gail has been helping people fulfill their dreams of finding a new home for a number of years. Gail is enthusiastic, energetic and enjoys working with people. As a professional in her field, Gail provides outstanding customer service along with honesty, confidentiality and integrity. Gail is a member of the Maine Association of Realtors, First Parish Church of York and has volunteered for St. Aspinquid Masons and York Lions Club, as well as other local charities.
