From the South: Take I - 95 to Exit 7, formerly exit 4, (Yorks & Ogunquit). Follow the ramp as it veers to the right. At the light turn left onto Rt. 1 North. Go 1/3 mile and turn right into Meadowbrook Plaza.

From the North: Take I - 95 North. Take the exit immediately after the last Maine Turnpike tollbooth. At the end of the ramp, turn left. At the light turn left onto Rt. 1 north. Go 1/3 mile and turn right into Meadowbrook Plaza
