This cozy and quaint summer cottage couldn't be in a better location. This home is situated on the tidal river side of Wells Beach ONLY 300 feet to 2 beach accesses! Enjoy the ease and convenience of going to and from the beach, never having to worry about the car. There is a nice screened porch, back deck and area for grilling outside with the family.
